About Appeals

54. Who can appeal a decision of the PLB?
A wide range of stakeholders can submit an appeal to one of the PLB's disposition decisions. People or entities who have submitted a Property Transfer Application for a property or live within a 200-foot radius of that property or any property owned by the PLB, and who have requested a review of a case from the PLB board in writing or at a PLB board meeting are all eligible to file an appeal.

55. When is an appeal decision final?
There are two possible appeal opportunities. If displeased with the 1st appeal decision, a 2nd appeal may be filed with the full board. Appeal decisions made by the full board shall be timely and the final determination, subject to no further appeal.
