(PARCEL NO. 27-B-199) | UPPER HILL

  • Address: 0 Anaheim Street (27-B-199)
  • Applicant: Next door Resident
  • End Use: Additional Residential Parking

The Pittsburgh Land Bank is working to acquire a City owned property so that a resident can build a parking pad for their nearby home. If this resident is unable to obtain the necessary zoning approvals and permits, then the Land Bank will sell the property to its development partner the Pittsburgh Housing Development Corporation (“PHDC”) to provide additional parking to nearby home renovations.

PLB Board approved the sale of this property at its public meeting on Friday, June 14, 2024.

Do you have questions/comments/objections about the Sale?

After a property is approved for sale by the Pittsburgh Land Bank board, there is a 20 day objection period. If the Land Bank receives 15 or more objections, the Land Bank will hold a community meeting to collect additional feedback and concerns. The feedback will then be presented to the Land Bank Board, who will vote a second time on whether or not to proceed with the sale.

To file an objection, express support for the project, or ask a question, please use the form below.
