  • Address: 205 Glen Caladh (Parcel No. 56-F-174)
  • Address: 201 Glen Caladh (Parcel No. 56-F-176)
  • Applicant: Rising Tide
  • End Use: Residential Rehabs for Homeownership

Rising Tide Partners is purchasing two properties along Glen Caladh in the Hazelwood Neighborhood from The Pittsburgh Land Bank. These properties will complete Rising Tide’s site acquisition of the entire row and allow for a full rehabilitation of the structures to become opportunities for homeownership. This not only provides more housing opportunities, but also preserves the current housing stock and historical features unique to the surrounding neighborhood.

PLB Board approved the sale of this property at the September public meeting (Friday, September 8, 2023) and October public meeting (Friday, October 13, 2023).

  • Do you have questions about the development project?

  • Do you have general feedback for Land Bank Staff and/or Board?

  • Do you want to file an objection or express support for the sale?

After a property is approved for sale by The Pittsburgh Land Bank Board, there is a 20-day objection period. If the Land Bank receives 15 or more objections, the Land Bank will hold a community meeting to collect additional feedback and concerns. The feedback will then be presented to the Land Bank Board, who will vote a second time on whether or not to proceed with the sale.

To file an objection, express support for the project, or ask a question, please use the form below.
