Right to Know Policy
The Pennsylvania Right to Know Law requires that the Pittsburgh Land Bank publish a policy which explains how members of the public can gain access to public information.
Right to Know Policy (PDF) – As an affiliate of the Urban Redevelopment Authority, the Pittsburgh Land Bank uses the same policy for RTK requests. Please refer to the attached PDF for more information.
